Bazaar IQ is a product of CodeSpark Infotech Private Limited. These Terms govern your access to and use ofBazaar IQ — the point-of-sale, khata and billing software available at https://bazaar-iq.com andhttps://app.bazaar-iq.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Bazaar IQ provides billing, credit-ledger (khata), inventory, GST invoicing, reporting and related tools for shops and small businesses. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including that of staff you invite.
- You must be authorised to run the business you register and to use the Service for it.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page.
- A free trial (currently 14 days) is available with no card required. When the trial ends, continued use requires an active paid subscription.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as you choose. Where you authorise auto-pay (card or UPI AutoPay), the subscription renews automatically and the applicable amount is charged at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
- All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated; GST is charged as applicable and shown at checkout.
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the app; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- Fees paid are non-refundable, save as required by law — see our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to record unlawful transactions;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
5. Your data
Your business and customer data remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. How we handle personal data is described in ourPrivacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, and for complying with tax and record-keeping laws that apply to you.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may affect availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bazaar IQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if required for security, legal or operational reasons. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is removed.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
