Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bazaar IQ is a product of CodeSpark Infotech Private Limited. This policy explains our position on refunds and cancellations for Bazaar IQ subscriptions.

1. No refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or fees already paid — whether the plan is billed monthly or yearly.

2. Try before you pay

Because we don't refund, we make it easy to evaluate Bazaar IQ risk-free: every account starts with a 14-day free trial, with no card required. Please use the trial to make sure the Service fits your shop before you subscribe.

3. Cancelling

• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the app's billing settings.
• Cancelling stops all future charges. It does not refund the current or any past period.
• Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that, the subscription ends.

4. Taxes

GST is charged as applicable and is included in the amounts shown at checkout. Taxes already charged are non-refundable in line with this policy.

5. Billing questions

If you believe you were charged in error, or something went wrong with a payment, contact us at hello@bazaar-iq.com and we will look into it promptly. This policy does not affect any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
